The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy®
The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy ® is a holistic treatment of Central American lineage that aims to open nerve pathways, optimize blood flow, and activate the lymph system. This opens communication between your brain, your vital organs, and your own healing potential.
The treatment focuses on the digestive and reproductive organs, the diaphragm, pelvic bowl and the fascia that connects these structures.

Initial treatments $150 last around 1.5 hours and include an in-depth health history, gentle structural alignment and a neuromuscular massage of your belly, back and sacrum. I'll show you a self-care massage to do at home to further your connection with your own healing process.

Follow up treatments $120 last an hour and include an update on symptoms, treatment, and a check-in on self-care massage practices.
